Module 1B-3 Activity 1: Conclusions from the discussion on ICT integation in developing countries.

I have finally completed activity 1. It was not as difficult to complete once I had done the readings. As you may  have noticed I did not agree with the argument that developing nations could not compete with developed nations in ICT integration. It is my firm belief that developing nations just need to develop innovative ways to tackle the problems they face.
